Giselle Guzman, Esq.
Giselle focuses her practice on a variety of civil litigation matters including personal injury, wrongful death, professional negligence, and construction defect cases.
Prior to law school, Giselle worked for SalusCare (formerly Southwest Florida Addiction Services), a non-profit inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. She was the youngest employee within the company and later became Manager, responsible for the daily operations of a 60+ bed facility. She has experience in administrative and managerial functions, patient care, and HIPAA compliance.
Giselle graduated magna cum laude from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. Throughout her time in law school, she served as a member of the Moot Court Board, an associate editor of Law Review, a Dean's Delegate, Vice President of the Federalist Society, a peer-mentor, and a research assistant to Professor Mollie Murphy.
Giselle was Student Commencement Speaker and recipient of the St. Catherine of Alexandria commencement award, in recognition for her excellence in oral advocacy. She earned CALI book awards in Writing for Law Practice, Commercial Law, and Complex Litigation. She was voted "Most Likely to Be A Millionaire" in her class superlatives.
Her passion in the law and her hard-work ethic makes Giselle an extraordinary advocate for her clients. She invests whole-heartedly in everything that she does. She is also fluent in Spanish. In her spare time, Giselle enjoys exercising and spending time with her two children.
Melissa Alvarez, Esq.
Melissa was born in Queens, New York and moved to Naples, Florida at a young age. She attended the University of Central Florida and Florida Gulf Coast University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies.
She worked for Collier County before going to law school at Ave Maria School of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Board.
During law school, Melissa interned at various local firms and government agencies where she gained invaluable experience.
Prior to joining More Justice Law, Melissa practiced in a large civil defense firm where she specialized in insurance defense litigation. Her current practice areas include immigration, general liability, premises liability and automobile liability.
When not serving clients, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons. She is also fluent in Spanish.

In March 2020, Giselle and Melissa won First Place in the Twelfth Annual National Latino Law School Association Moot Court Competition in San Francisco, California and placed in Second for Best Brief.
